After Leaving My Low-Key, Everyone's-Favorite Boyfriend [Forum Thread]

In this world, there is a certain kind of aloof heartthrob:

They are adored by everyone, with many people liking and loving them, yet they are indifferent toward everyone's feelings, even those of their official partner.

Yin Shuxian is just such an aloof heartthrob.

Dai Xican is his official partner.

Everyone thinks Dai Xican is lucky to be with Yin Shuxian.

But is that really true?

On Dai Xican's birthday,

Yin Shuxian was away on a business trip and couldn't come back.

From midnight until nightfall, Dai Xican waited, but Yin Shuxian never reached out. No birthday wishes, no gift, nothing at all.

Yin Shuxian had completely forgotten Dai Xican's birthday.

Later, Dai Xican learned that the night before his birthday, Yin Shuxian had gone to someone else's birthday party and ended up staying at their place.

It was just a small thing in everyday life, and Dai Xican wasn't upset about it.

He had just lost a little faith.

Yin Shuxian wasn't short on love.

Far too many people liked and loved him.

One more person, Dai Xican, made no difference. One less made no difference either.

And Dai Xican thought he didn't want a love that he couldn't even be sure existed.

He'd had enough.

He decided to let go.
