The male lead is surnamed Han and has a two-character name. He's a prince who was ambushed during a military campaign and left unable to stand. The heroine is surnamed Xia, transmigrates, and is a doctor. There's also a supporting female character surnamed Gu, the legitimate daughter of the prime minister's family. I remember the heroine really liked wearing red and had a bright, sunny personality, while the other woman liked wearing white.
