The female lead died in her previous life, and the male lead took care of her body. Then she was reborn. Her family was fairly well-off, while the male lead had a tough life. The people he lives with now aren't his biological parents. I remember one scene where the female lead figures out a way to give him a bicycle, and he runs off to learn how to ride it.
