Please Don't Lick the Tomb Robbers and Rice Passers-By

I have read a lot of novels about tomb robbers, including popular ones. I feel like there are a lot of fans who write about tomb robbers, but not many of them are really interesting. Isn't there something more realistic and interesting? I feel like some of the protagonists don't have very strong self-awareness and don't have their own ideas.
