Looking for books similar to I Dig the Pit, You Fill It, and Everyone in the Sect Is a Contrarian (Xie Sisi). I want a female lead, no women fighting over men, and well-rounded supporting characters. I don't want them all to be mindless characters who just get bullied by the protagonist. Romance isn't a must, but it'd be nice if there were a few more couples.
