Any Classic Xuanhuan Recommendations?

Are there any stories without annoying characters? You know, the kind where some insignificant nobody keeps popping up to argue with the protagonist and pick fights, and then the protagonist spends half a chapter arguing with someone else? Every book I pick up seems to have this. It's so frustrating.
