This is a good book and looks good. [From the Long March and the Anti-Japanese War to the founding of the People's Republic of China and the War to Resist U. S. Aggression and Aid Korea]. If a person, armed with modern knowledge and skills pushed to their limits, returned to the Long March, what could he change? What can it protect? This is the very beginning question of "Red Star Shining Mountains and Rivers". The answer is: He can change a lot. He can use a sniper rifle to kill the enemy chieftain in his seat, he can use his medical skills to save the lives of his comrades on the grass, and he can even give early warning so that famous generals who should have been sacrificed can survive. But he couldn't change more. It cannot change hunger, disease, and cold, it cannot change the disparity in power between the enemy and ourselves, and it cannot change that "sacrifice" itself is part of that history. Every "variable" he brings will be like butterfly wings, triggering a chain reaction in the future in 2025 - good or bad. And he himself was profoundly changed by a soul from 1935. Chen Shugen, a cooking squad leader who did not know a few Chinese characters and only knew that "the squad leader has to eat last", used the simplest obsession to teach this refined egoist what "faith" is. So this book is about the collision of "ability" and "faith". Fists can open a way out, but only faith can illuminate people's hearts.
