Highly recommend "The Taotie Chronicle" and "The Taotie Lady". "The Taotie Chronicle" is more of a myth, with the protagonist being a Taotie, while "The Taotie Lady" is more of an ancient daily life.
The most amazing thing about this book is not the horror of "Old Porcelain is Haunted", but the incorporation of "supernatural" into people's "obsession" - Zhu Ming pursues the truth about his father, but breaks through the gaps in his own memory again and again when empathizing with Lao Porcelain; Su Qing holds the family recipe, and the ice cracks in the sleepwalking painting become clues to solve the problem. There is no hard scare, it is the kind of "you think you are checking porcelain, but in fact porcelain is staring at you". Even the afterimage on the screen seen by Zhao Li and Da Zhang's instinctive rejection of Lao Ci are like saying "everyone has been trapped in the game". At the end of the reading, you will even be stunned: Is it porcelain that stalks people, or is it the obsession in people's hearts that haunts them? This kind of staying power is much more solid than a simple supernatural story.
