Character characteristics: Well, these are the three books on my current bookshelf. The first book is about a Taoist priest's live broadcast to revitalize Taoism. It is highly recommended to read this book if you are seeking the truth. The author is very knowledgeable. The protagonist gradually loses his youth and transforms into a Taoist ancestor. There is a lot of space discussing Tao with people, and one section in particular is very inflammatory with the two sages of the West. The sentence "Buddha is the Tao" directly KOs the debate. The whole book is not long. It is lighthearted and funny in the early stages, but the theme gradually sublimates in the later stages. It is very enjoyable to read.
