I strongly recommend the first book (the protagonist Fang Xiu is not brainless) and the sixth book (the protagonist Zheng Xun, the ending is a bit sad, but the author did a great job in writing the extra [heartfelt]), both have ratings of 9.5 Or above.

The supernatural has a bit of humor, the horror has a bit of reality, the logic is rigorous, but you can't guess it, and the details are intertwined.
