Naruto: Is the Will of the Overlord Being Carried Out by a Cat?

[Turns into a Cat] [Non-Combat] [Lighthearted] [Slice of Life]

Please don't read if it's not your thing!

He transmigrates into Naruto. While everyone else starts at Kage level, Lin Xiaoman starts as... a six-month-old black cat!

Even more absurdly, he's bound to a "Bully System."

The System says that if he wants to get stronger, he has to become a bully!

Want to buy a transformation pill and become a ninja cat? Play pranks to earn points.

And so, Konoha gets a cat with a very unusual style.

He blocks Obito Uchiha's way, makes him late, and earns 150 points.

Obito even foolishly promises to bring him dried fish after school.

Lin Xiaoman sprawls on a wall, watching him dash into the classroom, and thinks: This kid's really useful. From now on, he's my personal point dispenser.

Later, he picks on the ninja hounds, roughs up a toad, snores during an exam and triggers a contribution from everyone, and even disappears for a while to boost Konoha's GDP.

The ninjas are driven crazy by his antics, and the System panel keeps going off nonstop. He licks his paws and watches his points go up, thinking that life as a cat has plenty of promise.

From a six-month-old stray to Konoha's most ridiculous cat-shaped natural disaster, Lin Xiaoman has just one principle: He'll uphold the "Bully" spirit for the rest of his life, got it?

As for when the ninjas he's tricked will finally catch on...

"What does that have to do with me? I'm just a harmless little kitty."
