The Fierce 1980s Army Wife Splits the Family, Makes Money, and Goes on a Rampage

Song Qingyi, an award-winning actress who spent twenty years fighting her way through film sets, transmigrated into a period novel as a mother-in-law who died young after a lifetime of suffering.

Seeing her meek daughter-in-law being abused, she immediately grabbed a knife to defend her, unleashing her acting skills to turn the rotten in-laws against one another.

They reclaimed their hard-earned money, kicked out the parasitic relatives, and joined forces to set up a stall in the city.

With her extraordinary palate and cooking skills, the daughter-in-law made incredible dishes, while the actress used her business acumen to dominate the market. Together, they turned a humble snack stall into a business empire.

And what about the railway-soldier husband who'd been absent for twenty-five years?

Sorry, when it comes to making money, men can take a back seat.
