Lord: Rising From the Dead

[Lord] + [farming] + [conquest] + [Heroes of Might and Magic] + [dungeon building]

Years ago, Rod transmigrated to another world and became a three-star Elemental Mentor. He was granted the title of Pioneer Baron, then badly wounded in a war against the undead. After years of recovery, he woke up to discover that he had already died.

After waking, Rod realized his territory's growth was being held back and his descendants were being bullied by outside forces. Then he discovered that a territory System had awakened within his soul. In spirit form, he would guide his family and territory to prosperity and embark on the path to becoming an invincible Lord.
