The Little One from Qingshan Temple Goes Down the Mountain and Makes Her Uncle Weep

Twenty-seven-year-old office drone Lu Jianshen has been on thirty blind dates, and every one has gone disastrously wrong. His whole family agrees: the guy must be cursed. So his six-year-old niece Shi Xiaoman, who was left at Qing Shan Temple when she was five, comes to the rescue. Dragging a little suitcase, she comes down the mountain and knocks on his door. Her first words, spoken in a sweet little voice, are: “Uncle, you have a dark aura between your brows, and there's a knife hidden in your romantic luck.” Raised by the abbot of Qing Shan Temple, the little dumpling possesses the Buddhist secret art of “seeing qi with the wisdom eye.” Red qi means a destined romance, while black qi looming overhead means a villain is near. From then on, her uncle's unlucky days are finally “blessed.” A scheming coworker takes credit for his work? The little dumpling brings in a squad of square-dancing grannies to catch her red-handed. His blind date turns out to be a bar scammer? The little dumpling gets the grannies to flip the table. A big shot in the industry has his mind clouded by sorcery? The little dumpling sees through the scheme with a glance, then helps her uncle take his career to the top. But just as her uncle's romantic luck finally brings him his destined woman, the little dumpling spots a strange black thread above the woman's head. Its other end is connected to a “traitor” within the Buddhist world. Then a late-night call comes from Qing Shan Temple: “Someone is looking for Xiaoman.”
