The Butcher Fell for His Lame Wife

A car accident leaves Shao Fan, the young heir to a wealthy family, unable to walk.

But he's a born optimist. Rather than let it defeat him, he decides to change his surroundings and get his bearings.

He takes a map, throws a dart at it with his eyes closed, and ends up in a backward rural town.

The run-down house Shao Fan rents turns out to be right next to a greasy, blood-splattered butcher stall.

The stall owner, Li Chengzhu, is a taciturn, rugged man. He's not only incredibly tall and brawny, practically bursting with testosterone, but also has an adopted son in middle school.

At first, they clash constantly over their different habits and personalities. They go from trading insults to throwing punches, and neither will back down.

But the more they fight, the stranger things get.

Li Chengzhu discovers that although the cripple's gait is unsteady, he has a clarity that can heal the heart. Shao Fan, meanwhile, realizes that though the rugged man is fierce, he has the most dependable sense of responsibility.

When a butcher's knife and a rich kid's smile unexpectedly spark, this chaotic life in a small town somehow gives rise to the most passionate love!
