From the Start, I Have a Printer: Building Industry in Ancient Times

Lu Heng, a graduate in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Automation, unexpectedly transmigrates to an alternate dynasty where handicrafts dominate and precision machinery is virtually nonexistent. All he has with him is an M-300 metal 3D printer and an offline control terminal. To survive, he starts by repairing waterwheels, then sets measurement standards, reproduces precision master molds, trains craftsmen, and establishes a system for tracing accidents. Chain pumps, weapons, iron-hulled bronze-lined cannons, and steam pumps soon follow, but nobles and merchants covet the technology, while old craftsmen and small farmers may not accept the new standards. Lu Heng is no superman, and the printer will eventually run out of supplies. Before the equipment becomes unusable, he must turn blueprints into institutions and leave the technology in the hands of ordinary people capable of working independently.
