The Great Ming Emperor's Eldest Grandson: Old Zhu Begs Me to Become Emperor

In the twenty-fifth year of the Hongwu reign, Crown Prince Zhu Biao lies gravely ill, and the court is thrown into chaos by a succession struggle.

Heartbroken, Zhu Yuanzhang confronts Heaven at the imperial mausoleum, only to discover that the coffin of his late grandson, Zhu Xiongying, is empty!

The entire Embroidered Uniform Guard is mobilized, and at last they find an immensely wealthy city overseas.

Its ruler is none other than the eldest imperial grandson Zhu Xiongying, who has secretly been living there for ten years.

He commands ranks of flintlock rifles, a fleet of sailing warships that darkens the sky, and storehouses with more silver than the entire Ming treasury.

Old Zhu is dumbfounded. So his grandson is alive, and he secretly built an invincible empire?

Zhu Xiongying spreads his hands helplessly and says he wants to reform the state through firearms, but the entire court will surely condemn it as a frivolous trick.

Zhu Yuanzhang grins viciously and draws the imperial sword, radiating bloodlust.

"Don't be afraid, my good grandson. Do whatever you want. Anyone who dares stand in your way, Grandpa will wipe out their entire clan!"

From then on, grandfather and grandson join forces, unleashing an iron storm that sweeps across the globe.
