Xie Zhimu is a senior in college. Seven years ago, his mother remarried into the Gu family, taking fourteen-year-old Xie Zhimu with her. Gu Chong, the Gu family's young master, is two years younger than him. Wild and unruly since childhood, he looks down on the mother and son intensely.

Xie Zhimu grew up without a father, and his mother never cared for him. When he was eight, he was beaten so badly that one of his legs was left lame.

Later, his mother married into the Gu family and brought him to live there. Xie Zhimu didn't think much of Gu Chong. He was just a young master who'd grown up with a silver spoon in his mouth.

They couldn't stand each other, but Gu Chong was strange. Whenever he had nothing better to do, he would corner Xie Zhimu. "Who are you putting on that dead face for all day?"

Xie Zhimu looked at the face so close to his, parted his thin lips, and said, "Get lost."

Gu Chong was so angry his teeth ached. He wanted to pry Xie Zhimu's mouth open and make him say something nice.

In the restroom, Gu Chong cornered Xie Zhimu in a stall. "Looks like you're pretty popular."

"How about I help you by getting rid of all your admirers?"

Xie Zhimu kicked Gu Chong away, making the latter cling to him even more furiously...
