You Took Command of My Fleet? Don't Beg Me to Return When the Insect Tide Destroys the World

An insect tide warning was dismissed as a pretext for a power grab. Starfleet commander Xie Wufeng was replaced by Pei Zhan and exiled to the border to haul garbage. Three months later, the insectoid hive crossed the sea of stars, and the Federation's main fleet was routed in a single battle. Those who had mocked him now knelt and begged him to return, but Xie Wufeng agreed to take command only of those willing to follow orders. Researcher Su Mi brought the secret of the hive with He Lan, while adjutant Tang Lie led the remnants through the encirclement. This time, what he meant to reclaim was not command, but humanity's right to survive.
