The New Qin Empire: From 1910 to the Top of the World

(Updated daily at midnight)

He is Ying Qi, the twentieth son of Qin Shi Huang, but deep within his soul lie memories from two thousand years in the future.

Just as the Great Qin Empire completes its transformation into an age of steam and steel and prepares to unite the world, a sudden upheaval in the planes strikes. The entire Qin continent vanishes into thin air, crosses the Pacific, and appears on the world map of 1910.

Overnight, the ancient empire collides with the era of great-power rivalry. Dreadnoughts loom on the horizon, armored forces sweep across the globe, and Great Qin's rifled guns and nascent steam engines are on the verge of collapse before an overwhelming technological advantage.

But Ying Qi remains calm.

He knows how history will unfold and holds a century's worth of technological knowledge. He builds a fleet with German technology and equips Japan with American weapons, using World War I to train his troops and World War II to establish his might. From the raging waves of the Yellow Sea to the smoke of war over Europe, from the atomic bombing of Hiroshima to the race to the moon, in thirty years he transforms Great Qin from prey surrounded by hunters into a global hegemon.

When the banners of Xianyang Palace are planted on the moon, and the fleets of the great powers lower their masts before him, Ying Qi stands atop the world and gazes across its vast expanse:

"If Heaven grants it and you do not take it, you will suffer the consequences. This world needs a new master."
