I Transmigrated to Become a Principal, So What's Wrong with Caring for My Students?

After transmigrating into the role of a high school principal at the bottom of the rankings, I got a pop-up from the System on my very first day: One million in advance. Cancel morning study sessions and get double the money back. The whole school's learning aptitude will soar.

If the money's there to be spent, I might as well spend it. I made the call on the spot: cancel morning study sessions, cancel evening study sessions, give everyone weekends off, and even book a whole venue for a field trip and treat the entire school to barbecue.

The director of academic affairs slammed his hand on the table, the parents' chat groups exploded, and the principal next door waited for a chance to laugh at us.

I gave just one reply: Let the grades speak for themselves.

The students went from avoiding me to lining up to offer suggestions. The System's rewards grew more generous with each round. An abandoned building became an esports arena, and an empty classroom became a movie theater. The day the first monthly exam results went up, the parents who had blocked the school gates silently put away their joint petition. Just as the criticism died down, the System popped up with a new mission. This time, the whole county had its eyes on No. 11 High School.
