Kamen Riders aren't fictional characters! They exist in subworlds that are connected to the real world. Now the subworlds are beginning to collapse. A young man enters one to save the world, gaining the power to transform into different Kamen Riders in different subworlds. His mission is about more than maintaining the balance between worlds: he must also commemorate the glorious era known as Heisei.
