Synopsis

Some people have used the TV series Our Fathers to portray their own fathers, and many of us have made similar attempts.

The series was filmed, it aired, and we watched it.

The people in it were our grandparents or parents.

Here, I also want to use the eyes of an ordinary person to show everyone a slightly different Beijing courtyard home.

There are no golden fingers or pocket dimensions, so it may be a little uneventful.

Life was naturally difficult for the protagonist in those days, but you still have to live, and live happily, don't you?

With that in mind, a young electrician transmigrated to a Beijing courtyard home in the late 1950s. He came, he saw, he endured.

As the old saying goes, "The past does not simply fade like smoke."

Looking for Courtyard Fics With Smart Characters, No Idiotic Stories

Looking for books similar to "Experiencing the Spirit of the Times in a Siheyuan". There are more and more siheyuan novels these days, and they're getting more and more brainless. Give me something with some actual thought behind it, not a power fantasy.
