The year she was knocked into the world of immortal cultivation, Jiang Zhe was twenty years old. Everyone thought she was dead.
Two years later, she returned alive, bringing with her the dilapidated Qingyun Sect and a stingy System that could only calculate spirit stones.
System: [Mission: Revive the Qingyun Sect and make it the strongest sect in the Canglan Realm.]
Jiang Zhe looks at the pitiful handful of spirit stones in her pocket, then at the mountain full of penniless disciples, and slaps her thigh. Revive the sect? Then she'll go back to the modern world and recruit help!
She pulls out a spirit-root testing stone, and the results are incredible: every person in Huaxia has a spirit root!
The nation gives her full support. Medicine, research, military industry: she can pick any ten people she wants.
While hunting demons in the Great Wilderness Mountains, she finds a handsome man drenched in blood.
A cultivation test reveals that he was once a powerful Nascent Soul cultivator, but now he's down to the first level of Qi Refining. He's also carrying a map of a whole mineral lode.
He says, "I'll repay you handsomely one day for saving my life."
When the Zixiao Sect shows up to collect protection money, she pays them off with demon beasts.
When the mountain is sealed off and her source of income cut off, she still finds a way to make life blossom.
The broken sect gets stronger day by day.
But no one knows that the map of mineral lodes tucked against this penniless sect master's chest
holds the key to the whole of the Eastern Wilderness.
