Reverse Rent Collection: My Landlord Is About to Break Down

Lin Chuan, 25 years old, with an empty wallet and a knack for dealing with all kinds of unscrupulous landlords.

After binding to the “Conscience-Driven Landlord Reform System,” he gets tasks so absurd they’re unbelievable: make landlords raise the rent, charge extra for utilities, withhold deposits... The greedier they are, the richer the rewards. If a landlord overcharges by 100 yuan, Lin Chuan’s wallet mysteriously loses 200. This System is so ruthless it even screws over its own people.

“Host, today’s task: get your landlord to triple the deposit.”

Lin Chuan looks at the rent reminder and replies obediently: “Sure, Auntie Wang. I’ll transfer it right away.”

The next second, Auntie Wang’s BMW gets a flat tire. The repair bill is exactly three times the deposit.

System notification: “Consequences successfully transferred. Reward: One Crazy Get-Rich Card.”

Lin Chuan smiles, keeping his good deed to himself.

Later, every landlord in the building goes crazy: raise the rent and you get into a car accident; withhold rent and you lose your wallet. They surround Lin Chuan. “Please, don’t pay rent! We’ll even pay you to stay!”

Lin Chuan sighs. “System, what’s the next task?”

“Get the landlord to give you the entire building.”

The landlords print out transfer contracts in the middle of the night and line up, begging him to accept.

Lin Chuan: Landlords these days are just too much to handle.
