Demon Road Racing: Black and White Impermanence in the Passenger Seat

The red moon descends, and the entire world becomes a paranormal exclusion zone.

Humanity can only struggle to survive by driving armored vehicles along fog-shrouded highways.

To stay alive, people must take potions to awaken their Sequences, but risk mutating into monsters at any moment.

Shen Du transmigrates here and becomes an utterly ordinary logistics driver in a convoy.

But in secret, he awakens the only Eastern mythology System: [The Underworld]!

No potions, no risk of mutation, and a perfect counter to every rules-based haunting.

In his teammates' eyes, he's a lucky guy who only knows how to step on the gas.

In monsters' eyes, he's a pushover they can crush whenever they want.

Shen Du is happy to take it easy, quietly leveling up all the way to Sequence One without anyone noticing.

Until one day, the convoy enters an S-Rank death zone.

The Sequence Five abomination, the Thousand-Armed Blood Bodhisattva, goes on a killing spree. The entire team uses every last trump card, then waits in despair for death.

Shen Du sighs, stubs out his cigarette, and walks out of the cab carrying a rusty iron chain.

"Western Sequences are too easy to lose control of, so I chose a different path."

In an instant, chilling winds howl and a hundred ghosts roam the night!

With the Book of Life and Death in his left hand, the Soul-Slaying Saber in his right, and the Netherworld's Yellow Springs Road beneath his feet:

"The Great Xia Underworld is conducting business ahead. Nothing is forbidden. Defy the order, and you will be executed!"
