Reborn as the School Bully, I Raise My Pitiful Deskmate into a Yandere

Gu Huai'an wakes up to find himself inside a modern urban tycoon novel aimed at male readers, as the story's wicked, yellow-haired school bully and villain.

The gloomy girl sitting beside him, Pei Xiaolu, has heavy bangs and gets mocked by the whole class for collecting recyclables. Yet she will grow up to become a ruthless business queen!

In the original story, his predecessor not only tore up her book but also threw her lunch in the trash. In the end, the Pei Xiaolu who rose to power had him sunk in the river.

Looking at Pei Xiaolu trembling before him, clutching half a cold steamed bun, Gu Huai'an swallows nervously. He promptly snatches the bun from her and replaces it with a luxurious braised-pork lunchbox.

To save his own skin, Gu Huai'an begins a frantic daily routine of "making amends": chasing off her bullies, tutoring her, and even taking part-time jobs to help pay her tuition.

As Pei Xiaolu grows more and more cheerful, Gu Huai'an decides it's time to bow out after a job well done.

"Listen, the transfer student in the next class, Chu Tian, is your destined one. Go find him!" Gu Huai'an implores her earnestly.

But the once-gentle Pei Xiaolu locks the classroom door, pins him against the blackboard, and gazes at him with an unhinged, obsessive look in her eyes.

"Gu Huai'an, you raised me until I was attached to you, and now you want to hand me off to someone else? Tell me which leg you're planning to run with, and I'll break it. How does that sound?"
