Transmigrating Through Time: I Am Lin Chong

When I opened my eyes, I was kneeling in the Kaifeng Prefecture courtroom. The plaque above me, “Justice Shines Bright,” hurt my eyes. I was Lin Chong, or rather, a modern history graduate student who had just transmigrated into Lin Chong. The court block slammed down beside me, and the memory of Gao Qiu’s son harassing my wife came flooding into my mind. In that moment, I went cold all over. I knew what would happen next: the White Tiger Hall, exile to Cangzhou, the snowy night at the mountain shrine... Every part of what happened was now in my hands. A different Lin Chong, a different Liangshan Marsh. I look forward to hearing what you think.
