I Refused to Follow the Plot, and the Ice-Cold Heroine's Persona Completely Crumbled

Gu Xiu transmigrates into an urban power fantasy novel, inherits a trillion-yuan fortune from the start, and becomes the chosen male lead.

According to the original plot, he has to hide his identity, work as a bodyguard for an icy CEO, and act as a human shield for a cool, aloof campus belle.

He has to play the fool and endure humiliation all the way to the end before he can win the beauty's heart.

Gu Xiu flips the table on the spot. I'm already a trillion-yuan tycoon. Why would I follow that brain-dead plot and suffer?

He decisively chooses to lie flat and coast, enjoying the dull, monotonous life of a tycoon.

When the perfect heroines who are supposed to follow the plot come throwing themselves at him, he talks business, not feelings.

To get rid of these troublesome women for good, Gu Xiu deliberately acts as selfish and despicable as possible.

He sets traps to tarnish the reputation of the untouchable goddess, forcing the perfect heroines to drop their masks and do bad things.

He thinks that once he drags them into the mud, these proud heroines will be disgusted and leave.

But the plot goes completely off the rails.

The icy CEO turns into a yandere and would rather wreck her own company than let him do business with anyone else.

The cool, aloof campus belle goes completely dark, smiling as she takes care of every woman who gets close to him.

Looking at the crowd of heroines outside, all with their personalities in tatters and consumed by deranged obsession, Gu Xiu is at a loss.

I was only trying to drive you away. How did you all end up as yanderes throwing yourselves at me?
