Maoshan Sign-In: Starting from Becoming a Disciple of Shi Jian

Book review I've followed more than thirty chapters and have a few words to say. What attracts me most about this book is that I became a disciple of Shi Jian. He is cold-faced and warm-hearted. He curses others and secretly carves wooden plaques for his apprentices. I was very moved when I read it. The things given by the system are relatively restrained. You have to practice for a long time to get the basic talisman after signing in. If you don't get it, you will be in trouble. The part where the protagonist practices palm thunder is written realistically. His hands hurt, he failed, and he couldn't sleep in the middle of the night. It took him seven or eight days to light an incense stick. I like this rhythm. The plot of the female ghost is well laid out, and the chapters of Seal of the Ghost Well are really a bit scary, especially the ringing of bells in the middle of the night, which gave me chills down my back. Ren Tingting has just appeared on the scene, and the scenes of Copper Coin Lane and Gambling House have just begun. It feels like there will be big trouble later. So far, the writing style is not exaggerated, the switching between fighting and daily life is quite natural, and the supporting roles of Qiu Sheng's talented writer Shi Shaojian are not overwhelming. Many of the female protagonists have not been developed yet, so I hope the emotional lines will not be too casual later on. Shuhuang can give it a try.
