You Call Me a Rebel? My Wife Sits on the Dragon Throne

Lu Jingzhe transmigrates into the Great Gan dynasty and becomes the all-powerful, utterly vile Regent who holds the court in his thrall!

According to the original story, the Empress Dowager will bring him poisoned wine tonight and send him to his death, while the puppet child emperor he holds hostage will one day have him executed by slicing him to pieces.

At this life-or-death moment, Lu Jingzhe looks at the peerlessly beautiful Empress Dowager holding poison at his side, then at the trembling child emperor on the dragon throne, who is actually a woman disguised as a man with a very real chest. He smiles.

Drink the poison? Not a chance!

Lu Jingzhe grabs the Empress Dowager by the chin. “Your Majesty, you wouldn't want the whole world to learn that His Majesty is a woman, would you?”

And so the Great Gan dynasty takes a sharp turn.

The officials weep bitterly: “Lu the traitor is corrupt and lawless, and has thrown the court into chaos! We beg Your Majesty to execute him!”

The four great clans hate him to the bone: “As long as Lu Jingzhe lives, the nation will know no peace!”

Faced with murderous hostility throughout the court, Lu Jingzhe draws his blade with a cold smile and leaves the palace halls strewn with heads!

But after court, in the imperial harem,

the stunning empress, so imposing in public, blushes and obediently throws herself into his arms. “Imperial Father, you did a great job killing that batch of treacherous ministers today. Will you stay in the harem tonight?”

Lu Jingzhe: Everyone calls me a traitor? I'm raising the empress as my wife and taking over the empire on the side. Life's pretty good!
