[Advanced martial arts + wasteland + comedy + semi-invincible + taking the blame + untargetable + contrasting ensemble cast]
In a wasteland world where advanced martial arts reign, evil gods invade and humanity is in decline.
Lin Fan is murdered by his twin brother, Lin Xuan, all because the divine talent passed down through ten generations of their family for hundreds of years can only be inherited by one person.
Fortunately, Lin Fan comes back from the dead after transmigrating, and exposes his brother’s crimes when he returns home.
Then the most absurd thing happens.
His father not only refuses to punish his younger brother, but insists on passing the talent to him, all for the ridiculous reason that he wants “family harmony.”
Lin Fan is at a loss. He thinks he’s trapped in a clichéd, frustrating story, never realizing that Heaven has a plan.
As it turns out, the “diary” chronicling the humiliating history of the Lin family’s successive heirs is his real cheat!
The inheritance his younger brother receives is incomplete.
The diary passes the most complete divine talent on to Lin Fan.
The strongest talent, above the very peak of the sequence!
[Sequence Zero: Untargetable]
From then on, Lin Fan leaves home and embarks on a journey to fulfill the wishes of his Lin family ancestors.
Meanwhile, his younger brother Lin Xuan thinks he’s a once-in-a-generation prodigy, looking down on all life and unmatched among his peers.
One brother is an open-and-shut prodigy; the other is a genius lurking in the abyss.
When the older brother causes trouble, the younger brother takes the blame.
When the younger brother causes trouble, everyone praises the older brother.
Years later, Lin Fan stands atop the myriad worlds, with countless evil gods below already dead and vanquished!
“I’ve crushed the corpses of evil gods beneath my feet and ascended to the pinnacle of all races.”
“But my foolish little brother, you’re still playing house with humanity?”
“Giving you [Sequence Zero] was such a waste. I recommend returning it!”
Is this Boss's new book? It's delicious😋😋
