I’ve Already Attained Primordial Unity, Yet My Classmates Are Only at Nascent Soul?

A thousand years ago, the primordial world descended, and the entire planet entered the age of cultivation. Earth Immortals reigned supreme, the Ten Great Immortal Sects held sway, and everyone believed that becoming an “Earth Immortal” was the ultimate goal of cultivation. On the day seniors awakened their talents, Lin Fan was found to have a low-grade mortal spiritual root. His childhood sweetheart, Chu Xinyue, had a Heaven-grade spiritual root and was accepted as a saintess by the strongest immortal sect. The whole world envied him for having “reached the heavens in a single step.” No one knew he was merely an ingredient for a potion. Chu Xinyue personally drained the blood from his heart, crippled his spiritual root, and tossed him onto No Return Island, a place said to be “one-way,” to await his death. But Lin Fan smiled. This world had no Investiture of the Gods or Journey to the West. No one knew who the Three Maidens of Sanxiao were, or anything about the Jie and Chan Sects. And no one knew that Earth Immortals were nothing but ants. But he knew. No Return Island was the Three Immortal Islands, the home of the Three Maidens of Sanxiao of the Jie Sect. His spiritual root was shattered? He would start cultivating from scratch. His cultivation was gone? He had an entire script of the primordial world in his hands. From Zhao Gongming, personal disciple of Sect Master Tongtian, to the cataclysm that would one day engulf the Jie Sect, he planned every step carefully and defied fate. Years later, His former classmates were still struggling to form their cores. Lin Fan stood atop the World-Destroying Black Lotus, protected by the Eastern Emperor Bell, with the Four Immortal-Slaying Swords at his side and the disciples of the Jie Sect behind him. He looked at his old classmates and said, “I’ve already attained the Dao of Primordial Unity. How are you all still only at the Nascent Soul stage, old friends!?” Below the Sages, all are ants. And I will be the one standing at the very top.
