Researcher Takahashi of the Disaster Response Team arrives in the Ultraman multiverse with a mutated "Lippia" body.

The real Tiga: "The year I became light, I meant to seal away Gatanothor. But this guy with glasses not only stole my light, he ate monsters as snacks?"
Zero: "Investigate! Investigate this thoroughly! Who stole the data for my Ultimate Aegis in the middle of the night?!"
Tartarus: "I crossed time and space to summon an army of villains so you could help me attack the Land of Light, not swallow my entire monster army with a black hole!!"
Jugglus Juggler: "Don't look at me. I'm just the scapegoat. He's the real Dark Emperor!"
Zoffy issues the highest-level interregional wanted notice across the universe, and the elite forces of the Land of Light are deployed!
Takahashi looks at the Earth team members standing in front of him, the very people he calls "experimental assets," who are risking their lives to protect him. Inside him, the genetic noise known as the "Ultraman Spirit" is going berserk.
He sighs helplessly, pulls off his tie, and transforms into a God of Truth towering in the starry sky.
