Back in the Tang Dynasty, I Opened a Brothel and Turned Out to Be the Second Son of the Li Family

It was the spring of the thirteenth year of Zhenguan!

As the struggle over the Tang throne grew ever fiercer, a sleazy brothel owner in Pingkang Ward, Chang’an, approached Du He, a core member of the Crown Prince’s faction and Duke of Xiangyang.

This sleazy fellow, Yang Chengyun, offered to help Li Chengqian become the greatest ruler of the Tang, in exchange for the right to wield the butcher’s knife against the Taiyuan Wang clan, one of the famed Five Surnames and Seven Houses that dominated the realm.

Only later did everyone discover that this sleazy fellow was actually... What? You’re asking who I am?

Well, fine. I admit it. I’m that sleazy fellow. I’m Yang Chengyun.

But I’m also the dark clouds hanging over the Tang dynasty!!!

(A revenge story focused on political intrigue. The protagonist is extremely dark. Don’t read if that’s not your thing.)
