You Yi has returned to the human world to atone again. She’s so miserable. But as she goes about living, she forgets all about her mission and focuses on having fun day after day. She doesn’t mind if she accidentally turns into a demon. That way, she won’t have to keep reincarnating. She just keeps on living, and living. Haha, You Yi is really in a great state of mind. Whenever she has nothing to do, she’ll kidnap a Demon Slayer Corps swordsman to raise for a while, then release him once she’s had her fill. After letting one go, she’ll kidnap someone else. Especially that owl: how could she not raise him for a bit? Then the little owl stops being affectionate, so she goes and kidnaps a Hashira instead. But she accidentally gets demoted, going from Upper Rank One to First Lower Rank One... Damn Muzan. Fine, I’ll just kidnap your Upper Rank One. Then I won’t mind being demoted! Later, she casually picks up some brat wearing a magatama. Not bad, not bad. She’ll raise him as her disciple. The characters stay as close to the original as possible. The ending leans toward everyone in the Demon Slayer Corps surviving, and a few demons survive too. Oh, and You Yi is absurdly strong. As for why she doesn’t take on Muzan, it’s purely because she thinks this way of playing is more fun. She doesn’t care, so she just carries on like this. The main focus is getting through the days; work and everything else can wait. You Yi isn’t a good person, so she believes she doesn’t take sides.
