Li Fan transmigrates and becomes a down-and-out Demon King who's dirt poor.
He gets bound to an Emotion Points System. Collect enough emotions and he can exchange them for items, then go home and reunite with his family.

And so Li Fan starts bringing the three pillars of modern office life to another world: 996 work schedules, KPI assessments, and workplace manipulation, all topped off with grand promises of future rewards.
He expects to reap a mountain of resentment and despair, but the System panel goes haywire instead.

Otherworldly slave: "Oh my gosh! The Demon King only makes us work twelve hours a day, and gives us two meals of black bread?! He must be a saint!"
Low-ranking monster: "The Demon King even pays us wages, and lets us take time off when we're sick? Sob! I'll fight for him until my last drop of blood!"
Human knight: "What? The nobles treat me like cannon fodder, but the Demon King gives me health insurance and a pension? I'm switching sides!"
Li Fan stares at the skyrocketing positive emotion points, completely dumbfounded.
Then he looks at the feudal nobles of this other world, who treat commoners like livestock and routinely torture and flay them...
Li Fan sheds a tear of sympathy:
