The following is HAND’s top-secret classified file on Hollow hazard mitigation. Access is prohibited without sufficient clearance: Evil Aliens are creatures that feed on human fear. Their exact time of arrival is unknown, but based on the earliest recorded appearance, they likely emerged around two years ago. They usually appear inside Hollows and can leave them for a short time. Without human fear to sustain them, Evil Aliens will perish on their own after leaving a Hollow. They are extremely resilient. To ensure their complete destruction, they must be eliminated at the molecular level. Otherwise, they will split into more individuals. Fear greatly amplifies Evil Aliens. A half-meter-tall Evil Alien can grow to between five and ten meters after absorbing the fear of ten people, gaining the strength to rival a Lord-class Ethereal. Theoretical projections suggest that if it absorbs enough fear, an Evil Alien could evolve into an entity on par with, or even superior to, an Ethereal Symbiote. We have currently joined forces with the United Defense Force and the Public Security Bureau to strengthen defenses around Hollows and ensure that no Ethereals enter urban areas. We are also maintaining a policy of keeping this information from the public. If there are eyewitnesses, they should be told the creature is a new variant of Ethereal, to prevent panic that could lead to the emergence of a large-scale Evil Alien.
