Five Years After I Ran Away, My Archrival Became a Crazed Stalker

[Two equally powerful leads + secret crush becomes mutual + groveling pursuit + a male green tea + feel-good story + happy ending]

The thing Lin Jianshen regretted most in his life was crossing the line with his nemesis, Gu Xingyuan, in college.

They had been like fire and water.

Lin beat Gu in grades, while Gu left him far behind in connections.

They clashed over competition rankings and student council elections, then traded barbs on the basketball court and at the debate podium.

Everyone at school knew the two of them fought whenever they met.

Until an accident happened.

“We’ll set the rules. This is just to satisfy our needs.”

“...Enough talk. Can you do it or not?”

On graduation day, Lin Jianshen blocked Gu Xingyuan’s number and flew to City B that very night.

He thought they would never see each other again.

Five years later, he was a partner at a rising design firm in City B, calm, composed, and impossible to catch off guard.

As for Gu Xingyuan, somehow he got Lin’s address and showed up right outside his office.

“Lin Jianshen, are you done running?”

“Running? Mr. Gu, what are we to each other? Why would I need to run?”

The man immediately pulled out a document from five years ago. “...Still trying to hide it from me?”

From then on, this young master of the Gu Group made himself into a green tea flower with his own two hands.

He drove away Lin Jianshen’s intern assistant, scared off his blind dates, and stood guard outside his office every day.

Everyone: “Mr. Gu, where’s your dignity?”

Gu Xingyuan smiled. “What’s dignity? Can it make Lin Jianshen look at me one more time?”
