I Just Want to Be a Security Guard. Please, Stay Away!

Five years ago, during the final battle to wipe out an ancient evil organization bent on overthrowing the world order, his most trusted brother sacrificed himself to protect him. His dying wish was for him to let everything go and live an ordinary life. Gongsun Ce was consumed by a desire to die, weary of endless conflict and the loneliness that came with standing at the top.

He disbanded Longyuan, publicly claiming that “Yan Jun” had died alongside the enemy, erased every trace of himself, and picked a city at random. There, he became the most unremarkable security guard imaginable, hoping to experience the “everyday warmth of human life” and “peace in an ordinary existence” his brother had spoken of. He chose Tianfu No. 1 simply because it had good landscaping and was a nice place to doze off.
