(Apocalypse + survival + no System + no cheats + no pocket dimension + no harem) A zombie virus strikes, and within just a few months, the world falls. As familiar cities become hellscapes crawling with zombies and former neighbors turn into monsters that tear into the living, Wu Cheng, an ordinary man, is dragged into this struggle for survival. With no foreknowledge from being reborn and no System or special abilities, he can only rely on caution and quick thinking to survive in the gaps between zombie hordes and hold on to his principles amid the depths of human depravity.
This is an age of the undead, and a battlefield for survivors. There is only one goal: stay alive until the day dawn breaks.
It's better to sell oneself and boast first [laughing evilly]
I have a small suggestion. The pace is a bit too fast. It doesn't feel like I'm reading a novel, but an outline. In fact, you can slow down and write slowly.
I am a book listener, so I am commenting from the perspective of a book listener. The plot is okay, but the sentences are too bloated and it sounds a bit uncomfortable.
For example, the following is a paragraph written by the author.
"Then something bad happened. One of my team members hit that thing on the head with a stick. Unexpectedly, it exploded. The acid exploded all over the body. Even the clothes, protective gear, and flesh were corroded cleanly. He lost his life on the spot. When the other one saw this, he was stunned in place. Then a monster turned around and sprayed acid in his face. He also lost his life on the spot."
You can delete "lost your life on the spot", which is a bit repetitive. Being "corroded" can already mean that your teammate died.
There are also a series of words such as "henhen" that can be deleted. It is too bloated and not friendly to the listening party.
Then there is the description of the environment and characters. Although the word count may be low, it is actually okay. It is uncomfortable to describe these bloated words repeatedly.
Give it four stars to encourage you.
Digital CG style, UES rendering, ultra-wide-angle composition, mysterious and detailed clouds and mist, willow leaves splashing in the foreground, motion blur, the sky covered with clouds and mist, raging wind, full of tension, majestic, extremely oppressive scene, low saturation, strong perspective, great visual impact, light and shadow interlacing, real light reflection, dark green and gray tones, white areas are cool and sharp, gray areas are as gloomy as ink, oriental ancient style fantasy atmosphere, 8K Photography quality
I'll support Wings' new book first, but the Crimson Tide book can be published on another platform.
How could no one read it? I saved it for a while and then said it was too cool. Such an original post-apocalyptic story, with no supernatural powers, no indiscriminate killing, and no so-called theory of human nature. It is really the best thing I have read in recent years.
The pace is too fast, but the writing is quite good, and the description of people's hearts in the end of the world is also quite good, especially the part about bringing the woman back and the performance of the old woman. Generally speaking, it is worth watching.
At present, I really can't think of any other way to save this world except for the Trisolarans.
I finished it today. This is really the best zombie novel I have ever read. The plot is compact without losing depth. The characters are well developed and most of them have brains. This is not a mindless article.
This book is sure to be a hit
The zombies in the book have special zombies similar to some zombie games (such as Left 4 Dead), and they seem to have the intelligence to command and control ordinary zombies.
As mentioned in the comment section, the plot progress is indeed very fast.
