Couple: Sanemi Shinazugawa. In the Tokitake House, a brothel in Yoshiwara, the sisters Koiha and Kiosei, who depended on each other for everything, were trapped in a gilded cage of pleasure and vice. Koiha, the older sister, had already been scheduled to receive a customer. Humiliation and despair weighed on her heart, and buying her freedom to leave this place became the sisters’ only hope. Kiosei, younger and stubbornly courageous, refused to watch her sister fall into the abyss. Determined to earn enough money to buy her sister’s freedom, she risked escaping the Tokitake House under cover of night. After a long and arduous journey, a twist of fate led her to the Demon Slayer Corps, an organization dedicated to cutting down evil demons.
A girl who had known only the struggles of street life and the ways of the pleasure quarters was suddenly thrust into a world of blood and blades. She clumsily learned to wield a sword and slay demons, struggling to adapt to the Corps’ harsh life. There she also met the Wind Hashira, Sanemi Shinazugawa, a man covered in scars with a short-tempered, prickly personality. Kiosei had seen the world’s kindness and cruelty, but it was only Sanemi, cold on the outside yet warm within, whose tough talk hid a tender heart, who stirred special feelings in her. During their everyday encounters, she took the initiative to tease him in all sorts of ways, creating casual moments of closeness and repeatedly unsettling Sanemi Shinazugawa’s usually calm, impenetrable defenses.
On one side was the sister waiting to be rescued in the depths of Yoshiwara and the shackles of a past she could not escape. On the other was the Demon Slayer Corps’ uncertain path, where life and death hung in the balance, and a growing affection she could not bring herself to let go. Torn between saving her sister and pursuing love, Kiosei relied on the grit she had gained on the streets. Amid the flashing blades and shadows of demons, she thawed the Wind Hashira’s frozen heart and forged a unique bond, one that began with escape, was tested in battle, and was warmed by affection.
The hope of childhood, the liveliness of the little girl, and the sadness of Yoshihara Yume. The first chapter left me alone. Although it was very cheerful, I felt a tightness in my chest, as if I sympathized with the two sisters. They cheered each other up, but they had to face a dark future. I don't know how I will write it later, but it looks good now. I'm just afraid that the knife will hurt a little, but it's harmless. I love eating knives😋
It's so beautiful. I won't comment until the end. It's so well written!!! Waiting for updates every day The writing style is very delicate and the emotions are well written. Love it! Awesome
