The Three Idle Men of the Jianghu

Li Yunfei, a physician who appears to wander the land; Liu Ruyan, an orphan seeking revenge; and “Ququ,” a fat man who plays the pig to eat the tiger, are bound together by a wrongful case in a ghost market. Starting out distrustful of one another, they grow into a perfectly coordinated team and solve three strange cases: salt gang smuggling, the massacre of an escort agency, and a mystery at a brothel. The clues ultimately point to the mysterious organization known as the Tianji Tower. The truth gradually comes to light: the Tianji Tower is controlled by a prince of the imperial court, who aims to manufacture chaos in the martial world and bring it under his absolute control. The massacres that destroyed each of the three heroes' families were also part of his plan. In the end, they rally the forces of justice in the martial world and foil the Tianji Tower's conspiracy to overthrow it in a decisive battle. They each make peace with the past, then disappear into the martial world together, carrying on the legend of the “Three Idlers.”
