The Making of a Hero: Undercover at the Great Underworld Museum

Lu Yuanzhou, a descendant of Yuanmingyuan artisans, seeks to avenge his country's past humiliation and recover China's lost fortunes overseas. He sends three exceptionally gifted disciples to London. Disguised as an artifact restorer, a magician, and a parkour enthusiast, the trio infiltrates the Great Underworld Museum to carry out a plan to replace the originals with fakes. During the operation, they unexpectedly discover that national treasures are not lifeless objects, but nurture dormant artifact spirits. The mission escalates from a simple treasure heist to the dangerous task of awakening spirits. As they awaken the spirits of the Admonitions of the Instructress to the Court Ladies, the Gilt-Winged Tiger, and other treasures, they must outwit the museum's mysterious night watchman and the Royal Society of Occult Studies, which researches supernatural forces. They must also stand against the descendants of the Knights Templar, who regard Eastern relics as heretical. As the shocking conspiracy behind the Dragon-Locking Grand Array comes to light, the three heirs must transform from artisans into gods amid layer upon layer of danger, and bring the spirits of countless national treasures back to China to renew the fortunes of its civilization.
