NBA: Saving Kobe, Starting by Snatching Curry

After transmigrating back to 2012, 22-year-old Lin Chen does something crazy that shakes all of America: he spends all his pocket money, takes on a $500 million loan, and buys the Los Angeles Lakers for $1.7 billion!

While everyone thinks this Chinese American trust-fund kid has lost his mind, only Lin Chen knows that Kobe is just 304 days away from tearing his Achilles tendon!

As soon as he takes over the team, he personally dismantles the highly anticipated star-studded F4. Kupchak storms out, Kobe confronts him to his face, the media unleash a barrage of criticism, and Lakers fans want to drive him out of Los Angeles overnight!

Lin Chen fires back with one sentence: "I'm not making a reckless gamble. I'm getting Kobe his seventh championship!"

He poaches the Suns' miracle-working medical team, steals the Spurs' shooting guru, and gathers overlooked young talent. With three-pointers, spacing, switch-everything defense, and load management, he rewrites the NBA ten years ahead of schedule!

Kobe wants to play through the pain?

He'll have to ask the medical team first!

The league wants to suppress the Lakers?

Then he'll overturn the entire league's rulebook!

Scarlett publicly gives her approval, superstar players line up to join, and all thirty teams are forced to change their style of play to keep up with the Lakers!

But Lin Chen's goal has never been merely to prevent that Achilles tendon tragedy.

He wants the Black Mamba to stand atop the world, the purple-and-gold dynasty to rule an era, and everyone to witness it with their own eyes:

Jordan has six championships and is revered as a god?

Sorry.

From today on, the NBA's ultimate record belongs to Kobe Bryant: seven championships!
