My Cold-Shouldered Deskmate Is a Little Mean

Has someone like this ever appeared in your life: someone as cold as an iceberg, yet someone you can’t help wanting to melt?

He was aloof and withdrawn, but also steadfast and gentle. No matter how often she backed away, he kept closing in.

On the second day Zhou Xiyue had been avoiding him, he finally couldn’t take it anymore. When everyone had left after PE class, he grabbed her and cornered her against the wall.

“Why are you avoiding me?”

“Have you ever thought about going to the same university as me?”

“Your grades are so good. How could a hopeless student like me possibly get into the same university?” Zhou Xiyue pouted, resting her head on the desk as she turned to look at him.

“But I want to. I really want to stay with you forever.”

What the heck? Had the iceberg really melted? Ji Yinchuan’s burning gaze made her afraid to look straight at him. Her heart was beating far too fast.
