From the Start, I Sent My Ancestors Military Coats, Leaving the Qing Army Stunned

[Historical transmigration / development / System-driven / wish fulfillment / family comeback] Ying Qianfan transmigrates, bringing along an unreliable System. Daily sign-ins give him rice, flour, cooking oil, and salt; monthly sign-ins give him Mo Dao blades and matchlock guns. He complains that the System is broken. What era is this? Why give him all this scrap metal? Then, on his deathbed, the 109-year-old clan patriarch roars in Ming-era Mandarin: “In the seventeenth year of Chongzhen... the Qing invaders breached the passes... our Ying clan... was slaughtered to the last!” That night, the annual sign-in begins. [The portal to the late-Ming era has been activated, connecting to the seventh year of Chongzhen.] [All supplies can be carried through.] Ying Qianfan looks at the mountains of military coats, antibiotics, repeating crossbows, and Mo Dao blades in his storage space, and falls silent. So the System had been paving the way all along. He steps through the light portal into Shandong in the seventh year of Chongzhen, where a thousand miles of land lie barren and locusts blot out the sun. That night, two hundred jin of beef goes into the pot, and three hundred military coats are handed out. His clansmen clutch their bowls of meat soup, tears streaming down their faces. “Are you an immortal sent down from heaven?” Ying Qianfan stands atop the gate tower, gazing north. The Qing army will march south in five months. Before then, he must turn Ying Family Village into an ironclad fortress.
