I Handed History Over to the State and Became a Leader of Civilization!

In a parallel world, the nation of Jiuzhou has suffered a severe cultural rupture, and its history is a complete blank.

Lin Yan, a teacher who went to the countryside to teach, has retired to seclusion due to illness. In his old house, he left behind only three battered wooden chests, covered in dust.

Then a livestreaming show called In Search of Civilization's Glimmer visits the old house and opens the first chest.

“‘Have you not seen the Yellow River's waters descend from the sky?’ The poem's tonal patterns are completely wrong. Its author knows nothing about literature!” The local professor joining the program by video frowns and raises a rigorous objection.

But when the crew turns to the back of the manuscript and finds an attached fragment of Ancient Chinese Phonology and a Geological Study of the Yellow River's Ancient Course, the entire internet falls silent.

After examining the evidence, the old professor draws in a sharp breath and solemnly removes his reading glasses before the camera. “This is a landmark miracle!”

From a Tang poem to Five Thousand Years of Chinese History; from a mortise-and-tenon diagram to The Exploitation of the Works of Nature...

As the diary pages are revealed one by one, the discoveries send shockwaves through the city government and provincial authorities, until leading scholars from the National Institute of Historical Research rush over on a chartered plane in the dead of night.

The entire internet erupts. Official media outlets all rally behind the same message, and the whole nation throws its resources into finding the missing “author of civilization”!
