The Ghost Is Dead, but He Still Wants to Love

Everyone knows that Lu Yuzhou died.

But then he came back to life. No, that’s not right. He both died and came back to life, turning into a ghost floating in midair.

And the most ridiculous part was that he hadn’t gone anywhere at all. He’d ended up floating into a stranger’s home.

Even more ridiculous, he knew this stranger.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! There’s a ghost!"

"I’m not, "

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaa! He’s going to kill me!"

"Just listen to, "

"My name isn’t 'Hey'! It’s Jian Huai!"

"...I know."

"Who are you, old lady?"

And so, the two began an inexplicable life together.

To send the ghost on his way, they embarked on a journey to find a master.

Along the way, they met Jiang Huaike, whose long hair flowed in the breeze but whose cooking was practically a biological weapon, and Jie Kui, who was so socially anxious he installed hidden weapons in his room, among others.

They dismantled formations, fought evil spirits, ventured into the ghost realm, and matched wits with villains.

Jian Huai: Aren’t we saving the world?

Lu Yuzhou: No, we just don’t want to be sacrifices.

Jian Huai: ...Then what are we doing now?

Lu Yuzhou: Finding a partner.

Jian Huai: ?
