Xilan, a female Ultraman from the Land of Light, was born into the Blue Tribe and was naturally weak in combat. But as a student of Ultraman Hikari, she developed plant crystals that could increase fighting power.
However, the servants of the dark emperor, Alien Empera, created zombie crystals that boosted combat strength and sent a horde of monsters to attack the Land of Light.
Xilan was ambushed in battle and fell, injured, to Earth. She possessed Lin Yun, a travel blogger who had also been wounded.
Xilan then stayed on Earth and defeated the monsters there.
